update...London

In London from April 12th to the 17th

Hello to all!!! Well, we can't add any pictures at the moment, but I thought I would update you on what's going one so far:) We went to the Royal Forrest of Dean, where you all got to admire photos of our "Go Ape" adventures.
Then, we were off to London. We arrived in London on a Thursday evening and quickly decided 2 things...our hostel had the rudest people in London working there and ...London was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Our primary purpose for our visit to London was to obtain our Russian Visas...which we naively thought we could get on that Fri. Turns out, we had nothing we needed for the visas and had to stay through the weekend and sort it all out on Monday. I won't bore you with the details, but we stayed in London much longer than we expected, and it took at CHUNK out of our budget! We did, however, see loads of sites and did a FANTASTIC 'JACK THE RIPPER' tour. The guy who led the tour is the leading historian on the the Ripper and has written 2 books on the subject..he was GREAT!!! (I will add photos later of all of this)...we even saw one of the best advertisements ever in London!!! Picture this on the side of a TAXI..."Here's a tip...Try walking!" Isn't that the most ironic thing you've ever heard!
We were able to meet up with a couple friends of mine in London which was lovely. My friend Jaewon...and ex student and friend called June...and randomly ran into one of my co-workers from Korea, Sarah. The runin with Sarah was quite surreal, cause it was possibly on the busiest street we had found so far in London. I heard my name being called, and turned around and there was Sarah! It's truly a small world after all!
Overall, London was a nice city, but not for us...we were happy to leave and head to Scotland.

Hi crazy siblings! I think about you both every day and wonder what you are doing the very moment you pop into my head. I guess you're sleeping as I'm writing this? I am not familiar with the time difference between our 2 lovely continents. Anyway, I hope you're still having a fabulous time. By the way, I still have the 3 boxes of books in my trunk. I have got to donate them...soon! Love you!

I'm so glad I finally checked your site! I didn't realize you had so much on it already. I'm a bit confused with my signature though. I see you've already got one Jennifer on. Maybe I'll figure out how to get my full name in. Why is it in Korean!?!?
